Booking and Confirmation

Customers can make their booking through a phone call, official website or email. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any queries or booking procedures. Upon successful booking, customers get a confirmation message or email. It is essential to provide correct details about pickup as well as drop-off. Special requests regarding extra luggage space or child seats must be communicated during booking.

Pricing and Payments

We believe in staying open and transparent with our pricing information. No hidden charges are part of our services. We are transparent in discussing the fares with customers at the time of booking. Additionally, it is easy for customers to make payments either in cash to the driver upon pickup or through online transaction mode. Furthermore, additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops or any special request beyond standard services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation of the ride has to be made within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Only in that case customer will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are applied with a certain cancellation fee.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows have to pay the full fare.
  • If a driver is unable to complete a booking due to inevitable consequences, we will offer a full refund or an alternative solution.

Passenger Responsibilities

All the passengers should be ready for the pickup at the decided time. Any delays which are of more than 15 minutes will have to pay additional charges. More than 20 minutes leads to cancellation of service. All luggage must comply with legal as well as safety regulations. Meanwhile, any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be subject to compensation.

Driver Responsibilities

Our professional drivers are committed to providing a safe and reliable service. They will:

  • Arrive on time and help in loading luggage if required.
  • Follow all basic safety and traffic regulations.
  • Maintain complete professional conduct throughout the journey.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers showing unsafe behaviour and displaying inappropriate actions.

Airport Pickups and Waiting Time

We monitor flight schedules to accommodate delays whenever possible. Complimentary waiting time is provided as follows:

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes after landing.
  • International flights: 60 minutes after landing.
  • Beyond these limits, additional waiting charges may apply.

Privacy and Data Protection

Bristol Airport Cabs values customer privacy. We hence collect details of our customers for service purposes. Furthermore, we secure the information privately and do not share it with any third-party organization without consent.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
